Principalele servicii prestate de catre ZIP Travel sunt programele de munca si calatorie pentru tineri si servicii complementare acestor programe:</p>
<ul>
<li>Programul work and travel in SUA;</li>
<li>Programul work and study in CANADA;</li>
<li>Produse complementare (bilete avia, restituirea taxelor etc.);</li>
</ul>

Concetrarea companiilor in segmentul ZIP Travel este foarte ridicata. Astfel, doar in baza de date a Ambasadei Americii [1], sunt inregistrate 22 de companii care presetează servicii de work and travel. Acestor companii se alatura si antreprenorii individuali pentru fiecare program de munca şi calatorie.</p>
<p>In acest context ZIP Travel inca nu detine o pozitie clar in rindul clientilor si nu este printre liderii acestui segment. Pentru a schimba situatia Spring elaboreaza strategia de pozitionare a companiei ZIP Travel Moldova si a programelor de munca si calatorie.</p>
<p>Rezultatul final il vom prezenta mai tirziu din considerente de confidentialitate.</p>

<p>Vom analiza modul in care companiile elaboreaza si implementeaza strategiilor de marketing (pozitionare) si vom veni cu perspectiva noastra.</p>
<p>2. Interviuri cu inivitatii Spring:</p>
<p>Pentru a aduce si o perspectiva externa activitatii noastre vom discuta subiecte de marketing cu persoane din domeniu si care detin o anumita expertiza relevanta activitatii de marketing.</p>

In esenta un razboi al preturilor apare atunci cind majoritatea companiilor tind sa ofere „cel mai mic pret”. Raspunsul la aceasta intrebare il vom afla de la John Roberts, care a incercat sa defineasca si sa puna in practica ceea ce putem numi „marketing defensiv”. Jonh Roberts este profesor de marketing in cadrul Universitatii New South Wales din Sydney si in cadrul London Business School. Si-a obtinut doctoratul in cadrul Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Este autor a mai multor articole si cercetari publicate in Harvard Business Review, Journalod Marketing Research, Joural of Forecasting, Marketing Sience.
